have you ever had an unbelievable feeling of sadness overcome you? well I have, on more than one occasion. I dont know what to do I dont know why I feel this way, I have ended up doing things that are not good, like hurting myself intentionally. I know it is wrong, but sometimes it is something that takes away the feeling that is overwhelming me in the first place. I am not good at talking to people about how I feel. I know that I need to grow up and learn how to do this. All I really want is to stop caring about stupid shit, things that dont matter, and maybe for once let someone know the real me, but how can they know the real me when I feel like I dont even know the real me? I know that I should talk to someone, and get help. I am not the kind of person that easily admits I have a problem, and I do not want to go to the health center and say "hey, I have been feeling really sad lately, I would like to talk to a counselor." I just dont feel secure enough, I gaurd my feelings. I do not like others to know them, they are very private. I guess I just wish I knew what to do. I know I need help, and my friends have told me that they think I need help, and I do not want to hurt myself again because the sadness that is welling up in me as I type this has become so unbearable that I can no longer hold it in, and instead of talking about it or letting it out the right way, I take it out on myself.

I am so proud of the Lakers today because they fought really hard to show the NBA that they are top contender to win a championship. Kobe Bryant the candidate for the Mvp started the game with only 3 points and led the entire lakers play good basketball. Many people inthe Lakers basketball team stepped up and played proffesional basketball. First quarter Kobe only had a 3 pointer the rest he satrted assisting the basketball with other players and led to a close game 20-16 in first quarter with the Spurs leading on top on their home court field. Tim Duncan was playing pretty good with a couple of hook bank shoot. He was being defended very well by the youngster Andrew Bynym and Ronny Turriaf. At the second quarter Lakers bench picked the rookie Jordan Farmar made a couple of good assist to tie the game. The spurs underestimate many of the lakers players so I think they played a little careless. At the second half the score was spurs with a five point lead. This didn't satisfied the Lkaers players and they went on 18-2 run against the spurs. Kobe Bryant the king of basketball started dominating with his spectacular dunks which led the Lakers with a 10 point lead against the second best team in the NbA. At the fouth quarter Manu Genobli the guard of the San Antonio Spurs started hitig big shoot and so did the forward Robert Horry. This brought the game close. The Lakers Ronny Turriaf with 30 second left bank a good shoot witch led the lakers with 4 points. After that they fouled us which brought the game close to 2 and Mr. superstar Kobe Bryant hit a big 3 pointer to seal the deal and led Lakers with a victory. The Lakers are now a conteder on the western conference thanks tto the distribution of the players. They are passing the ball good and are running the traingle offense beautiful. I think in my prospective Phil Jackson is the coach of the year despite the difficulties they had when they lost Shaq. I believe we are going really far in the playoff this year.

Hi, everyone. I finished my exams in the morning at last. I am very happy becasue I may go home in the afternoon. But I still let myself to be lazy and have nothing to do in the winter holiday. I am going to read some books about my future study and how to operate MATLAB, of course English will be put aside. Another thing is that the Spring Festival is coming. All of the Chinese are preparing for it, and those people living far from their hometown in particular are doing their best to book the return tickets. Because the union in the Spring Festival is an traditional custom in China, so in general every person, except for those who are engaging in special work, eagerly come back to his /her hometown to get together with family members and relatives. However, if you can not unify with your family, you need not to upset yourself. Maybe you are working on a type of great work which will give you honor, or you will have to deal with a matter important

Ignorance buddist say keeps us from living in the present moment. We are constantly lost and live in our thoughts and ignore what we are currently experiencing and living. This keeps us from living life to it's fullest. We live in our thoughts of who we are and what we believe even if they aren't true. This is why we meditate so we can realize how many thoughts go through our head and keep us from living in the present. It is unbelievable how many thoughts run through our heads that we don't notice. To think of absolutely nothing is a huge challenge.

i would have to say the most person i admire would have to be my mother. she as always been there for me no matter what. even when she dont have time to she take that exter time out to help me. thats what i love about her sdo much she help out any one when she can.my mother is very into God so she is always telling me to do the right thing. like when i go to her with a problme, the first thing she asks me is did i go to god first. my answer was always no and then she say well lets pray then. she is always looking out for me even when she know that im wrong she always tell me to go back and fix what as been done and make it right.i think im like her in many ways but the most one would be i willing to help any when i can. i find myself going out my way someetimes to help other people. but what i really love about it and what me and my mom have so much in commen is that we enjoy seeing others happy and know that they are happy because we did something to help they get to that place.

Nothing happened today. I am happy with my decision that I will stay with my son in the winter holiday. In the morning, I spent little time to listen to the special English of VOA online as usual. After lunch, I found some information about borrowing the books from the library. About 2:30, I went to library and borrowed them. My cell phone was ringing while I was looking for books. It was my teacher who asked me to do her a favor- --to replace her for monitoring test with another teacher at 2:00 pm on January 18. So I have to give a positive answer to her.
